🟢 Yes, "To Pay" shipments are available!

This means the receiver pays the shipping charge after the parcel is delivered.

🔹 Ideal for B2B clients where the receiver agrees to cover logistics cost.
🔹 Available only for select trusted partners and verified receivers.
🔹 Delivery agents collect the shipping fee at the time of delivery, separate from COD (product payment).
🔹 Not available for high-risk zones or first-time receivers.

Yes, COD is available with select courier partners.

We mainly serve wholesalers, traders, dropshippers, manufacturers, and small to medium businesses. 


 

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on destination)
     
  • Surface Delivery: 3–7 business days
    Tracking updates will be shared in real-time via WhatsApp or our website.


 

🚚 Secure Shipments:

  • Includes insurance coverage for loss/damage.
     
  • Extra ROV (Risk of Value) charges apply based on invoice value.
     
  • Full claim support is available for both B2C and B2B shipments.
     

📦 Non-Secure Shipments:

  • No insurance coverage.
     
  • For B2C, max claim support is ₹2,000 or invoice value (whichever is lower).
     
  • For B2B, no claim is entertained—full risk is on the shipper.
     

💡 Note: Declare the correct invoice value at booking for accurate risk handling.


 

⏱️ All issues must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and only by the original seller who booked the shipment.

❗ Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted as per courier partner policies.


 

To raise any delivery issue, sellers must provide the following:

  • 📹 Packing video with AWB label visible
     
  • 📦 Unboxing video with AWB visible
     
  • 📝 Remarks on POD (Proof of Delivery), if noted at time of delivery
     
  • 📷 Clear photos of shipment and label
     
  • 🧾 Invoice copy
     

📌 These are mandatory for claim processing. Missing any may result in claim rejection.


 

Sellers can raise concerns for:

  • 🔴 Delivered but Not Received
    (Invalid if customer shared OTP with courier – that confirms receipt.)
     
  • 🔄 Wrong Parcel Delivered
     
  • 💥 Damaged Parcel
     
  • 📦 Shortage in Parcel
     
  • 💰 COD Paid but Not Marked as COD
     

All must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.


 

💰 COD Payout Schedule:

  • Every Tuesday and Friday
     
  • Payout is based on D+2 cycle (2 business days post delivery)
     

⚡ Early COD and adjustment in bills are available only for verified, selected clients.

🧾 Billing Options:

  • Bills can be sent weekly or on custom dates, based on customer preference and credit performance.
     
  • The maximum credit limit is ₹25,000. Beyond this, bookings or COD settlements may be held.

💼 Payment Cycle Details:

  • All shipping charges (freight, pickup, handling, etc.) are billed on a weekly or customized cycle, based on your preference and agreement.
     
  • Bills can be settled via UPI, bank transfer, or direct debit (for approved clients).
     
  • Due dates are shared with every bill. Late payments may result in account hold or delayed COD settlements.
     
  • Customers with consistent records may request custom payment terms, subject to approval and within the ₹25,000 credit cap.

💳 Payment Methods Available:

  • ✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
     
  • ✅ Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
     
  • ✅ Direct Payment Link (sent with your invoice)
     
  • ✅ Auto-debit (for eligible clients with prior approval)
     

📩 You will receive a bill summary every billing cycle (weekly or custom) with payment details and due date.

📌 Important: Always mention your Client ID or Invoice Number in the payment remark for faster processing.

⚖️ Legal and Recovery Process:

  • If the receiver fails to pay the shipping charge on a "To Pay" shipment, or
     
  • If a seller/client delays payment beyond the agreed billing cycle (weekly/custom),
     

Peeptoon reserves the right to:

  1. 🚫 Hold further shipments and services until dues are cleared.
     
  2. 🔁 Adjust pending COD payouts against the unpaid balance.
     
  3. ⚠️ Charge a late payment penalty or interest, as per terms and conditions.
     
  4. 📩 Send a formal legal notice for recovery through our legal department.
     
  5. 🧾 Report the case under commercial dispute law for non-payment.
     

📌 We strongly recommend timely payments to avoid service interruption and legal complications.
